    WITHOUT PREJUDICE I attended this restaurant several times and always covered the costs + left a good tip even when I was not very satisfied with the food. Overall, I was satisfied with the service, and quality of food. Unfortunately, all this ended when a waitress dropped salad dressing all over my pants and sweater in early June. Since the restaurant has my pants as my cleaners stated that it could be salvaged and I have yet to be reimbursed for the damaged pants. In fact, the owner has yet to contact me even after countless phone messages and faxes. I finally got in touch with the manager who simply stated that he or the owner have no interest in resolving the issue. In fact, he clearly stated that he wants me to take them to court. He also assured me in no uncertain terms that he would personally ask the owner to contact me in the days that followed. It is now 12 days later and still nothing. This is not only unacceptable but also disrespectful. I never refused to pay my invoice even if an error with the order was made. Why do they feel that they have the right to treat a client this way especially since they are fully responsible for creating the damage? In short, refuse to pay damages (to replace pants) and refuse to return damaged pants. Is this considered being robbed?
